Todo
- Pressing Escape in dialogs should close them.

- When a new account is created:
- If an other user is still logged in, ask him what to do
- Otherwise, automatically log in.
- When a user is not logged in, don't show any of the tabs.
- Automatically show the login screen at startup
- Remember the last signed in email address (leaving the password field blank)
- Login and logout menu option should be one item
